The kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, newer appliances, and is well stocked with every gadget and utensil needed to prepare large meals or accommodate take-out from the many restaurants on the island.

The house is positioned closer to the dunes and ocean than the neighboring houses for unobstructed views up and down the island.
