Our family-friendly home is on a large waterfront lot located in a very small quiet neighborhood. We're just 20 minutes from the beach and 45 minutes from SpaceX. If you're feeling very adventurous, Mexico is only a 30-minute drive. Want to stay put? The kids will love playing on the playscape and roasting s'mores at the firepit. Enjoy cooling off in the pool or fishing in the resaca. We also have kayaks and a pedal boat you can use. If you're wanting to stay in the refreshing A/C, almost every room has a TV, or grab a book off the bookshelf and settle in a cozy chair in the library nook. Hungry? Just around the corner is a Walmart so you can buy groceries to cook meals in our fully stocked kitchen or we have some excellent local restaurants if you'd like to try something new. Our home has 4 bedrooms which will sleep 10 however there is enough space to accommodate up to 12 if you'd like to bring a double air mattress or two twin air mattresses. Don't forget to bring your furry friend to enjoy the huge yard! We'd really appreciate you cleaning up after them. Also and most important, please watch your children and pets as there is no fence along the water or around the pool. For our protection and yours we have security external security cameras. We have them pointing at the driveway, the front yard, the back porch over the pool/backyard and the doorbell at the front door. They are not actively monitored and will only be reviewed in the event of a reported concern or accident.
