OG of a 3-party residential building with parking right outside the door and has a large balcony facing south, which invites you to cozy hours. You can expect a charming holiday accommodation with a spacious living room, TV wall and comfortable living room to dream. The separate kitchen is a highlight in a small space and offers everything you need for your holiday. The bright bedroom has a double bed (180/200 cm), there is also the possibility to set up a travel cot there. The spacious wardrobe with mirror provides enough space for the holiday luggage. The daylight bath shines in new splendor with shower, toilet and vanity. A small dog may be brought on request. Upon request, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided.
