Pond's view is located on Providenciales, in the new sub division of Belmont, South Dock road. We are an enclosed island surrounded by the island's pristine turquoise waters.
Pond's view has twenty four hours surveillance and car park and a porch for all your grill activities. You will enjoy fourteen hundred square feet that includes two bedrooms with private bathrooms. A master bed room, and bathtub with a stand alone shower. Rooms are complete with Ashley furniture's and TV, the kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, pots, dining utensils. A chef pantry is available for any master chef; the dining room includes dining table for 6 and a mini bar. The living room includes a flat screen TV and surround sound entertainment.
Additionally there is a utility room complete with washer and dryer, iron board and iron for your convenience. There is central air conditioning, and WiFi for indoor down time. However, you are less than 2 minutes away in driving distance from the beautiful by nature Beach of Sapodilla bay. It is very quiet and calm, the reef keeps most debris out of the area. The only ships you'll see in sapodilla bay are sailboats, fine dining restaurants includes Las Brisas, or the most famous but local Bugaloo Conch Crawl nearly 5 mins away which serves lunch, dinner and huge variety of drinks (check out the Drinks menu). Don’t miss out on Tuesdays for Jax night. On Wednesday grab a mic and show your talent on Karaoke night. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays be sure to stop by for live entertainment, also convenient mini store and gas station, 3 minutes away from the downtown.
