We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Unfortunately, our house is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak a pet, you will be charged an additional $100 and asked to leave.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the house! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ NO EVENTS ★
No social events or parties.
General Rules
1️⃣ No parties or events are allowed. 🎉🚫
2️⃣ Cleanliness conditions: If the property is left in poor condition upon checkout (e.g dirty pots and pans, excessive trash, stains on floors or walls, dirty towels, etc.), an additional charge of $150 USD will be applied. 🧹🗑️
3️⃣ Local guests: Must contact us before making a reservation. 📞
4️⃣ No overnight visitors: Unregistered guests cannot stay overnight. If this occurs, the additional guest fee will be charged accordingly. 🛏️🚷
5️⃣ Children and babies: They are more than welcome, but must be included in the reservation. 👶👦
6️⃣ Occupancy limit: No more than 12 people are allowed in the property at any given time.
7️⃣ Community rules: All community rules listed inside the property must be followed. 🏘️✅
8️⃣ Charges for violations:
Smoking: $200 USD per day if smoking occurs inside the property. 🚭
Late checkout: $20 USD if late checkout is not pre-authorized. 🕒
Lost keys: $130 USD for key and lock replacement. 🔑
Hourly late checkout: $15 USD for the first 2 hours, then $20 USD per additional hour. ⏳
9️⃣ Rule violations: May result in the immediate eviction of all guests without a refund. ❌
🔟 Responsibility: If a rule violation leads to a discount or refund for the next guest, you will be responsible for covering the resulting costs. 💰

4️⃣ Waste disposal: You are required to clean up after your pet. Please bring your own bags for waste disposal. 🗑️💩
5️⃣ Potty training: Pets must use the yard for their needs only. 🌳🚽
6️⃣ Proper hygiene: Ensure your pet is clean before entering the property to avoid odors or dirt. 🛁🐩
7️⃣ Food care: Keep the area where pets eat clean to avoid attracting insects. 🍴🐜
8️⃣ No towels or mops: Do not use towels or mops to clean up pet urine, as this will incur an additional charge. 🚫🧴
