Positive: We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in the heart of Naples. Despite its central location, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Anna, who was incredibly hospitable and informative, making check-in a breeze and setting the tone for our stay. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and polite, ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. As coffee lovers, we truly appreciated the easy access to a variety of coffee options throughout our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The next morning, Alessandro assisted us and provided detailed directions that allowed us to explore the city efficiently without missing any of the major sights. His guidance was spot on and helped us make the most of our time in Naples. Breakfast was another highlight, with a generous selection of both savory and sweet options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations. We will definitely be returning and will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
