Summary: Once I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check me in. I was never given a receipt (didn’t realize until later since I had other things on my mind) so I said no big deal I would get one when I checked out. Well, no one was there when we left, so I couldn’t get it then either. When we got in the room, we had no towels so we had to ask for those. Our tub was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled like wet dog. The floor was fusgusting to walk on, so you had to keep shoes/socks on at all times and the tv kept going in and out all night. There was the one front desk worker who was so friendly, I don’t know her name, but she was African American and she let our pizza guy in even though it was late so we didn’t have to meet him in the lobby. That was the only plus during our stay. But I’ll never stay here again.
