Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Spacious rooms, helpful staff, good location. The south indian menu in the breakfast was not good but the north indian items were excellent. They changed our room proactively when we reported water logging in the bathroom. We were allowed late checkout by an hour.
Negative: Quality of south indian items in the menu (Idli, Vada etc.). Idli was hard and dry. Vada was far from being porous and the inner potion was uncooked.
