Beachwalk condominiums are located within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. Unit 127 is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort. The villa has an open floor plan and features a King in the main bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in the guest BR plus a sleeper sofa in the living room - could comfortably sleep 7. This unit was completely renovated in October/November of 2022 and includes a walk in shower in the main bathroom, an electric fireplace, all new flooring throughout, fresh paint and new tile, lighting & woodwork, 3 TVs (Living Room and each bedroom) plus several other decorative features. A spacious deck overlooking the pool is scheduled for replacement in May of 2023. A gas grill is located just off the deck. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of other golf courses, restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza and the new "Low Country Celebration Park" in that same area. Free wi-fi is also included.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The seating was very comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen essentials, and the beds were comfortable. It was such an easy and short walk to Shipyard Tennis. The owners were so kind to leave a set of beautiful notecards as a gift. The place was very clean.
