This historic cottage, originally constructed in the 1930s, is just what most people envision a beach house to be. Charming, cozy, and well appointed, our house has a warmth and beauty that will keep you coming back. Constructed before the current building codes, our house was built just off the sand, not on high stilts as is required today. This house has the charm of an original Florida beach house and the modern amenities and updates that keep you comfortable.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is currently scheduled for major renovations starting later this year. The start date has been pushed back due to supply delivery timeframes, and so additional spring and summer dates (2023) have been opened (at current pre-renovation rates). However, while the property is clean and comfortable, it is showing it's age. Please take that into consideration when making your decision, as we want to ensure your expectations are met.
