Summary: First day and second day in room, about 14:00 in afternoon, I heard someone knocked the door and try to get in. First day I was in sleep so I think it was a nightmare, but second day I was awake and working at the desk, someone suddenly opened the door of my room!! I went to the door and found out it is a man without hotel staff uniform so I think HE ISN'T the hotel staff or cleaner. I asked hotel front desk but got no results. Also, me and my friend were in similar rooms with similar price, but he got a fruits tray during stay, while I got nothing. I don't know why, but it made me feel discriminated.
