Summary: The house has a nice floor plan, and plenty of space. It was a good location for our needs. We were there in December, but if the weather would have been warm, the screened in porch would have been great to hang out in! The house could use some minor updating - the upstairs carpet is worn out, the cabinets and baseboards are a little banged up, and there was some leftover opened food and random junk in the pantry and cabinets. There were also no blankets on the beds - just sheets and a comforter, and it was chilly at night. But the kitchen was pretty well stocked (except no can opener or potholders) and the furniture was nice. Overall, the house met our needs.
