Summary: The Raffles Hotel is a stunning example of a colonial time. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast choice and quality is absolutely great. The rooms are quiet and offer the peaceful athmosphere to relax from a busy work day. The Elephant Bar is a great place to relax in style. Perfect hotel to syay in Phnom Phen.
