Summary: Very nice resort overall, perfect location and beach. Expensive for Tunisia (meals, drinks). Great beds and rooms. Female staff (guest relations) very friendly. Male staff quite unpleasant (they seem to be disturbed when you ask something, mainly barmen and receptionists, limit rude) Perfect staff at the pool and at the beach. Expensive car transfer from/to airport, prefer taxis. Very nice stay overall, but could have been perfect with a smile from grumpy barmen and some waiters.
