Positive: The swimming pool is very clean and equipped with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The residence is quiet and in an excellent location, next to the tennis club and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Bicycles can be rented at reasonable prices, and the staff is very helpful. On-site parking is guaranteed even during the high season.
Negative: The ground floor apartment has hot water pipes running directly underneath the central hallway floor, so in the summer it’s like having the heating on, forcing you to keep all the bedroom doors closed to prevent the temperature from becoming unbearable. The kitchen is equipped, but there are not enough breakfast dishes and knives, which means you have to wash them by hand to avoid running the dishwasher when it’s practically empty. The bedroom space is cramped, and the apartment does not provide any area where you can keep one or more suitcases open. When opened, the sofa beds in the living room block the only access to the terrace, forcing you to go around and use the main entrance door. The windows do not have mosquito screens, and the presence of these insects makes it difficult to sleep well (the property does not provide any mosquito-repellent devices). One of the two frying pans was badly scratched and therefore barely usable. The knives were of poor quality, making them difficult to use. The shower area would benefit from a curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting wet after each use. There is no soap holder.
