Positive: The pousada is located in nature, between lush greenery so that’s very calming and the owner was very nice and helpful with our concerns.
Negative: It’s not the first time we stayed in a jungle accommodation so we knew we could expect to see some bugs but we didn’t expect to have ants in our bed. Even though the bedsheets were obviously washed, the pillow itself and the mattress smelled like mold. Luckily, the owner moved us to a nicer room. However, we felt that the price we paid was high for what we got.
