Summary: Very obvious property owner/caretaker isn't willing to invest in simple improvements like a replacing the toilet seat that is worn to bare wood, fixing the slow drains or providing a box of tissue for guests. Bed mattress was comfortable, had use pillows from other bed as they were so flat. Location was convenient.
