Summary: Gustavo, Gaston, and Leandro were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of the way to accommodate and help me, especially due to my handicap. Gustavo was excellent and helped arrange transportation and lift my bags. I am really thankful to him. So, top notch staff. The hotel itself is average and it smelt like smoke in the hallways. The area around the hotel can be a bit shady at night. You will run into people sleeping on the sidewalks. But, it is reasonably safe.
