DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
The house, which already appeared in the Napoleonic cadastre of 1812, is renovated and fully equipped (March 2020). In a peaceful and green environment, it overlooks the church, the fields and the forest.
The accommodation is completely private and is completely dedicated to you. You will also have access to two private courtyards, one equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, the other accommodating up to 4 vehicles securely.
Independent entrance.
Maximum accommodation capacity of 6-8 adults or 3 couples.
On the ground floor:
1 large living room with convertible sofa (extra bedding at an additional cost)
Dining room and living room with sofa (not convertible) and table football
Kitchen fitted and equipped for the preparation of meals in utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery etc ...

Upstairs:
1 bedroom with a 160x200cm bed with a private shower room, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds of 90x190cm each, a bathroom with a bathtub, an independent WC with hand basin.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers.
All bedding is new (2020)
The 4 beds of 90X190cm each have:
- A high-end thick mattress (30cm) made of ecological materials (natural latex and bamboo fiber for its covering) with 7 optimized comfort zones (head, shoulders, back, lumbar, glutes, thighs and legs) by pocket springs , guaranteeing secure support and comfortable support.
- A built-in mattress of 5 cm of high density memory foam and 2.5 cm of natural latex to welcome you lightly to offer you tailor-made comfort.

The 160x200cm bed offers:
- A very firm mattress for 2 people, consisting of 792 bagged resorts coupled with a memory foam which offers the greatest comfort for the body, allowing the muscles to relax, to feel a feeling of weightlessness and which facilitates the blood circulation for perfect sleeping.
In addition, the technology of pocket springs allows very good sleeping independence, so that you are no longer woken up by the movements of your partner. The mattress being “very firm” with a soft and enveloping welcome, it will keep your spine aligned.
The wadding of the mattress is hypoallergenic, its covering composed of a 100% polyester fabric with a very soft touch treated with anti-mite, antibacterial and hypoallergenic. The mattress is certified OEKO TEX and has 7 comfort zones: Head shoulders, lumbar, pelvis, thighs, legs, and feet.

A superb swelling, a filling of three-dimensional hollow silicone fiber of high technology ISOLANE (non allergenic) to touch extra soft peach skin, its envelope is in microfiber 100% polyester.
- Firm comfort pillow "DODO" 65x65 filled with 100% polyester and micro-silicon fiber wrapped in 100% cotton percale.

- A duvet

The other two bedrooms with 90x190 single beds that can be pushed together are € 60 each per night (i.e. € 30 per person).
The reservation of the 3 rooms is proposed at 190 € per day during the week (Monday to Friday included), at 930 € for the whole week (Monday to Friday included).
On weekends, the house is available for a fixed package of € 450 for 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) and € 235 for Saturday only, for a maximum of 6 people (the living room sofa can accommodate 2 people in addition at an additional cost. € 50).

Saint Sulpice de Favières is a quiet, authentic and unspoiled village south of Essonne (91), nestled in the valley of the Renarde Valley. It has a remarkable and majestic 13th century Gothic church of surprising proportions, recognized as the “most beautiful village church in France”. walkers on long-distance hikes can easily be surprised when they come face to face with this church, which was one of the first buildings to be classified as a historic monument after the law of 1840.
