Relax and enjoy your stay minutes from University Park airport and only 9 minutes from Beaver Stadium. The Hilltop Manor is nestled on a quiet 2 acre hillside with views of the mountains.
On the first floor you will have access to the kitchen, large living room, dining room and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find both of the bedrooms and another full bathroom with shower. There is an inflatable mattress available as well.
Outside you will find ample parking at the top of the hill. Driveway is paved as is parking area. Walking up to the house there is a covered porch with a swinging chair and a slider. Outback there is a patio with high top table and chairs.
This is our home so with the following exceptions, you will have access to the full property:

Those rooms inside the house will be locked. Please do not attempt to go into any locked areas of the house.
