Negative: We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent location and the staff which made our stay convenient and enjoyable. However, we did notice a few things in the room that affected comfort, especially with two little kids who enjoy playing on the floor: •The room felt quite humid. •The floor was dusty (walking barefoot quickly turned feet brown), and the balcony seemed neglected. •There was some visible mold in the bathroom. We understand that some of these issues may be due to the age of the building and not entirely within the cleaning staff’s control. Still, addressing humidity, improving floor cleanliness, and taking care of the mold would make the stay much more comfortable for families.
