Summary: This place is RBI and gave off some sketchy vibes when we arrived, despite the decent reviews. I thought we were probably going to end up leaving as we haven't had much luck with RBI hotels... But this turned out better than expected. I think the place, based on past reviews, was probably a pretty awful place, but it has clearly improved. The room was clean, the AC worked really well and we had zero issues. I was worried that there might be "long-term" residents outside late at night, etc. but there were zero issues with noise or shady individuals... With the exception of the guy shooting up in the parking lot of the restaurant next door as we were leaving. I'm not sure I'd stay here again simply because there are better options close by, but I wouldn't discourage people from staying here either.
