Summary: Side door key card would not work. They knew about it. Elevator not working and they knew. Stayed for 6 nights and neither fixed in that time. That means they won't fix it. Lots of people stay there full time as a home. So they keep side door wedged open (not safe!). Just a run down place. Stay across the street holiday inn.
