Our second living room features a relaxing atmosphere, retractable privacy door and access to an xbox gaming system with headsets and controllers.
This home offers a chefs kitchen, fully suited with an organic spice rack, coffee, an assortment of teas, ample appliances, and lots of gizmos and gadgets enough to create most family meals with ease.
Enjoy sunset and a tea with a golf course view on our front porch swinging bench.
Other outdoor spaces feature a basketball hoop, a pergola with solar lights and an easy to use gas fireplace and a convenient cast iron picnic table under our shade sail for a midday lunch!
Our rooms feature beds of every size, most with spacious built out closets and three with individual desk spaces. Both full bathrooms have beautiful custom tile throughout with the upstairs tub featuring working jets that are regularly sanitized!
The upstairs master bedroom includes a custom redwood balcony featuring a mountain view, wall mounted water feature, a smart tv, and ample built in storage.
Our fun and inviting triangle room is two separate but interconnected rooms with two twin beds. It offers plenty of play space with a Big Joe massage chair and various board games creating a unique experience for the kids!
The property features .4 acres, soon to be planted with grass and some trees in the coming year. Until then, enjoy ample gated and paved space for all your RV's atvs, trailers or work trucks. Enjoy the direct access to the Denver & Rio Grande Trail that consists of 24 miles of paved railroad! Feel free to use the complimentary gate locks for extra security for your added comfort. For anyone here in UT to enjoy shooting ranges, a large built in safe is available with a personalized code for added safety and convenience.
