This condo is perfect for a family or group gathering and is within minutes of the amenities. The outdoor porch is great for lazy afternoons or evening cocktails. The lower level is the master suite with a huge master bedroom. The foyer level includes two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upper/main level is equipped with a grand living room, dining area, and fully furnished kitchen. Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a wonderful setting!

Your stay includes FULL ACCESS to all the amenities including the private beach, two outdoor pools, a lazy river, or indoor pool with a hot tub & sauna, water sports, golf courses, restaurants, and more! Take a lake cruise, go golfing for the day, hang out at the lakefront beach, take a dip in one of the pools, or enjoy the endless activities at the Wellness Center. CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $75.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
