Positive: The staff was amazing. So friendly and accommodating. They were the face of the hotel and really made it shine. We truly felt welcome. They kids were crying when it was time to leave. Food was tasty. Good variation. A little too long between lunch and dinner. Beach was great as well.

Negative: Small double beds (140cm?) and hard beds. Pillows very big and hard. Waiting for the elevator took forever.
