This studio is a mini paradise! With amazing beach, city and church views, full of light and fully equipped. The space
The interieur is really nice and compact. The studio is on the 4th floor and has no elevator. It has airco and heating, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, Blue tooth box, fastWIFI, TV with smart option, washing machine, water cooker, combi oven and a luxury sofa bed of 1.60m by 2.00m. The terrace has amazing views over the roofs, the beach, church and Parc Can Falç in the centre. Located only 100 meters from the beach and all the shops, bars, restaurants are around the corner. Because you are in the top apartment with open view you will not be bothered by the city noises or neigbours.

Guests need to walk staircases to the apartment.
There is no elevator
We ask for a security deposit of € 250 in cash. This needs to be paid during the check in procedure. After the check out procedure as taken place and no damage has been found caused by the guests or their family / friends, the deposit will be given back.
If any problem / damages occur during their stay, guests need to inform the host immediately.
Parking is not included and costs € 15 per day
We can arrange taxi transfer till max 4 persons
Tourist Tax is not included and is € 1 per person per day
We can arrange beach towels for € 5 per person, per stay. Request before arrival please.
1x per week we arrange fresh bedlinen packages for stays longer then 1 week.
If guests want to order extra bedlinen packages costs are € 15 per package / per bed
Because of the many tourists that visit Sitges there sadly is a higher risk for pick pockets.
The apartment has airconditioning, heating
All our apartments are very save and easy to lock
If we have an arrival on the same day as guests depart, they need to check out before 11:00 AM.
We can arrange luggage storage until departure for € 5 per suitcase, per day in the centre area
At arrival guests will receive a welcoming package
The public transport is easy and well organised. So only rent a car if you really want to explore the area outside of Sitges / Barcelona centre
Before check-out be aware that you will have to throw away all the garbage and bottles, put dirty towels in the bathrooms and hang sandy beach towels at the back terrace.
