Positive: The stay was so pleasant followed by the attended front office check in counter staff named August. She was so tentative and fulfill the needs of customers. Was having an issue with booking dot com apps but was resolved by her as well. Very polite and nice ambiance.

Negative: All was good.

Summary: Will definitely came back to Pullman Karon.
