Proud Mary is located in the heart of the historical downtown Rockport . We are in walking distance to all the shops, art galleries, new art center , restaurants and bars downtown. We are two blocks from the bay , half a mile to the marina and to the beautiful Beach. It’s a perfect location for folks that just want to park and walk the rest of their trip. Proud Mary has been a favorite vacation rental for the last nine years and new to Vrbo. We love our pet guests as well and they love our big fenced yard . We love hosting and try to stock our house so that you need for nothing just come and relax! I’ve been hosting for over 10 years and hosted families, fisherman, artists & musicians . Allot of folks just want to get away to the coast and smell the ocean air! Always so much to enjoy for all ages so you have the options of participating or just relaxing and never leave the house! We added a screened in porch several years ago and it’s a great place to retreat from the sun or rain but wanna be outside. Come & enjoy all the coast can offer !
