This is our family's home away from home and we hope it will become yours too. While we do use the house often, none of our personal items will occupy your space while you are there.
You have access to everything on the 16 acres including the pool, corn hole, basketball and volleyball court. Enjoy, open closets like family & use what you need --- strollers, beach chairs, kayaks, pool inflatables, life jackets, etc.
While we want you to fully enjoy the house and property, local laws and ordinances require us to limit the number of people allowed on-site, regardless of whether they stay overnight. Please be transparent about the number of guests and the purpose of your rental so that we can obtain any additional permits, if allowed by the city.
We also reserve the right to limit outside vendors to those on our approved vendor list. Please inquire if you wish to hire outside caterers, entertainers, etc....
Please also note that Guests engaging in illegal activities, having unauthorized parties, playing amplified music outdoors, or exceeding the maximum capacity of their reservation will be asked to leave immediately, with no refunds provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in planning your stay accordingly.
You will find an a RENTAL AGREEMENT the must be signed on checkout page and we will collect a copy of your ID at that time as well.
PET POLICY:
** We do permit a maximum of 2 dogs per rental agreement, and dogs must be crated when left alone at the property. All dogs must be housebroken and non-shedding. We can not accommodate puppies. The fee per dog is $75 per animal, per stay and we waived these fees for legitimate Service Dogs ONLY.
