Vallereggi villa is locate in Pian di Sco' - Arezzo, front of Chianti hills. Villa have private pool and gardens, barbecue facilities, wifi connection and a great view of valley.
The villa have 6 bedrooms, all with queen size bed, two equipped kitchen , 6 bathrooms, fireplace and lots of garden with sun chairs, tables and umbrellas.
The living rooms have a kitchen, with fridge/freezer and induction plates, microwave, toaster, plus coffe machine, both living room have sofa bed for extra guest.
Private garden have table chairs and bbq.

Summary: We spent 5 days at casa vacanza Vallereggi and for us it was a perfect holiday. We are a group of 12 (5 couples and 2 kids) so it was perfect, everyone had their own room and toilet. The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Nice garden in front of the house to have breakfast/dinner. Great large and clean pool with beautiful view to the hills, we spent most of our time there.. For us the location was excellent, in the beautiful Tuscany countryside but close to Firenze (less than 1hr by car) and closest village Pian di sco with shops and a few restaurants just 10 min by car. Also visited some vineyards close by (chianti area is very close). Train station 15-20 min by car. The couple/family who rent the house were extremely nice and welcoming! Communication was easy (you have to speak a little italian though but their son speaks english) and everything worked out perfect (only thing not working all the time for some reason was wifi). They also can arrange dinner in the garden which we really recommend, the food was just amazing and the garden was so beautiful..unforgettable experience for all of us! For us it was a perfect holiday and would definitely return here, highly recommend! Grazie mille famiglia Nocentini per la vacanza indimenticabile!
