IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
Every Tuesday around 11 a.m the landscaping team waters all the plants, including the pots on the rooftop deck. This will only take a few minutes. They can let themselves in.
The pool is serviced on both Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m. Both the pool cleaning crew and the gardeners enter through the garden gate.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Summary: The property is very nice! The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. Beds are comfortable, and the entire house is furnished with new comfortable furniture. The pool is very nice and private, we thoroughly enjoyed our day by the pool. The rooftop patio is a great spot to watch the sunset!My Angel hosts are very responsive and extremely helpful and friendly.
