Hacienda Pinilla is a gated community located 20 minutes from Playa Tamarindo. The house is located inside the exclusive high end neighborhood of La Dulce Vida, along the beautiful Playa Langosta cosatline. It is surrounded by a golf course on one side and a private nature preserve on the other where you can see beautiful wildlife.
The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish, great snorkeling, fishing and surfing. Haceinda Pinilla has world class amenities such as an 18 hole golf course, beach club that includes a spa and restaurant, as well as a gym for you to enjoy.

This gorgeous remodeled 5 bedroom 6 bathroom modern home is 2 stories and has an open floor plan. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen which opens up to the beautiful dinning area. Along with a large living room perfect for relaxing. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. They each have a king bed with sliding glass doors that open up to the patio or pool area.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king bed and private sitting area with lots of natural light. It opens up to a private balcony overlooking the pool and the golf course beyond. The master bathroom has a walk-in closet, along with his and her open showers and his and his and her sinks. The second bedroom upstairs has two queen beds. The second floor also has dedicated study area that opens up to a private balcony overlooking tropical landscaping.
