The interior of thehome isisland inspiredwith chic decor and a simplistic design. The convenient layout makes entertaining easy. You’llfind a fully stocked kitchen with water views over the sink, a living room that connects to a screened in patio,and the dining room with an abundance of natural light seeping in via the hurricane force windows. Each bedroom is just as thoughtfully decorated. The master with King bed and en-suite bath is a lovely retreat after a long day of enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with Twin trundle and the third bedroom also features a Queen bed. Near the kitchen you’llalso find the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Marathon is known for it’s world class fishing,and not only can you see the Gulf of Mexico from your kitchen sink, but you can be in the Atlantic Ocean via Vaca Cut in less than a fewminutes. If you’d like to get your toes in the sand,Coco Plum & Sombrero Beach are also just a couple milesaway and there is also a public boat ramp just underone mile from the home.
