Summary: I waited to post this so I could calm down a bit. We rented the property for a national volleyball tournament trip. The property location was perfect for our needs. A few days before our arrival, I seen a new review for the property that only gave it 2 stars, but had no choice at that point to continue with the reservation and hope that it wasn’t horrible. And it wasn’t “horrible” if I don’t think about how much money I spent for a subpar rental, that left us feeling duped. Upon arrival the driveway and back yard were literally covered in trash that the last guest/cleaning crew left. The outside bin was overflowing with loose trash and I finally understood when I realized that there was only 1 13 gallon trash bag for a 4 day stay. First off, if there are more than 2 people in your group, there will be issues with space in the common area. The “sectional couch” is more of a love seat and it’s the ONLY seating. The table seats 6, but you cannot open the side door or the refrigerator if the table isn’t pushed one side against the wall. The laundry area is also too small and doesn’t allow the door to open. The laundry add on is also not insulated so the washer drain froze overnight. The beds are new but very uncomfortable. You’ll find yourself in an 8 inch hole within 20 minutes and literally have to climb out. I’m only 40, my back has never hurt so bad. I cannot imagine 6 adults staying here. Crowded would be a generous statement. no batteries for the remotes, no washcloths……
