4 Bedroom Villa with Kitchen, Laundry and Air Conditioner
Casa Tramontana is an established and well cared for family home, built in traditional Catalan style, situated on a hillside in a rustic location in a very quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the extensive Gavarres hills. The villa is split-level and ideally suited for two families sharing, sleeping 4 on each level; it has a private heated pool, a secluded garden and large terrace area. Recent additions to the property: Installed air conditioning unit in the Lounge/ Dining room, remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a gas BBQ.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin), a bathroom, lounge/dining area with a bluetooth music player and a modern flat screen TV, and kitchen (with dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer). The lounge/dining area opens out onto a part-covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, with glorious hill views. The house offers TV in a number of languages and includes free fast wi-fi connection for internet which also includes connectivity in the Hot Spot area along the St Antoni beach front.
Downstairs there are two further bedrooms (twin and double), with a shower room and a pool-accessible utility room with drinks facilities, bottle-fridge, an additional dishwasher & washing machine. Leading from here is the pool and games area which includes a table tennis table, darts and an outdoor gas BBQ surrounded by a large seating area with attractive gardens. A pool changing/shower room/toilet is located near to the heated swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool shower. The house has secure off road parking and a shaded car port and is enclosed all around by fences, hedges and lockable gates making it secure for containing young children! Casa Tramontana is situated close to some excellent golf courses as well as beautiful beaches.
During 2023/24 the urbanisation is undergoing extensive refurbishment to the roads and improvements to services, which can make access a little dusty and bumpier than normal! Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience the rustic conditions may cause.
