Let us introduce you to The Carolina House! Located inside a small, exclusive, gated neighborhood within the Wild Dunes Resort, this PET-FRIENDLY classic Lowcountry home sits just inside the gates of the resort on picturesque Isle of Palms. Featuring classic, southern decor and rich hues, plus 4 BR/3 BA comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, The Carolina House has room for the whole family to spread out. This spacious and comfortable home has the all the amenities for an Isle of Palms getaway that everyone will love. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening from the back deck of this luxurious home. At The Carolina House you'll find an expansive chef's kitchen with center island that seats 4 guests, and beautiful living area with dual-sided fireplace shared with the formal dining room where everyone will want to linger over meals around the table that seats eight. The main floor includes a guest room appointed with a KING bed and private ensuite bath.
Upstairs you'll find the primary suite, with KING bed and luxurious spa bath that includes a soaking tub and separate shower. On this level you'll find 2 additional guest rooms, one with a QUEEN bed and the other with a KING bed, both with ensuite bathrooms. Tucked into a hallway alcove is a TWIN daybed with twin trundle. You'll appreciate the multiple porches to help you find a quiet spot to escape and unwind. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee before a delightful day of lounging by the community pool located just steps from your front door, or taking relaxing on the beach with toes in the sand.
The Carolina House is a short stroll to the Wild Dunes golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants, spa and more, including the iconic seaside Wild Dunes Links Golf Course. Plus, with its great location within the Wild Dunes Resort, you'll appreciate a location that means you're still within close proximity to everything a vacation to Isle of Palms has to offer, perfect for those that desire some fun to go alongside ample rest and relaxation.
Isle of Palms boasts some of the most popular restaurants and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grill, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally loved Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. You'll find upscale dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is located right beside Harris Teeter, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71. Situated on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway, Islander 71 overlooks the water and has spectacular views. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Carolina House does not allow pets. No exceptions. Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. The villa is located inside Wild Dunes. Gate passes are required for every vehicle to access Wild Dunes. This property allows guests up to three (3) gate passes per reservation. Make sure to provide your Concierge with the first and last name(s) in which your gate passes should be under.
Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.
We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.
