We are so happy to have Blue Haven Tybee to offer our Mermaid guests. Blue Haven Tybee is located directly on a Tybee tidal creek and offers guests a private dock house and floating dock. Can't get much closer to the water!
Wake up to the sun shining on the water and have a cup of coffee in your private dock house. Watch for great blue herons, egrets, and flying fish. Experience the ebb and flow of tides. Take your paddle board or kayak out at high tide to explore Tybee's waters. The property has various seating areas including a deck, two screened in porches, the dock house, and the dock itself.
There are living area/kitchen and bedrooms on both levels. Ground level furnished porch and upstairs furnished balcony.
NOTE: THERE ARE NO INTERIOR/INSIDE STAIRS. ACCESS TO THE UPPER LEVEL IS BY COVERED EXTERIOR PORCHES/STAIRWAYS.
ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPERTY IS ON A TIDAL CREEK/MARSH AREA. ALTHOUGH IT IS WATERFRONT, IT IS NOT ON THE BEACH.

THIS IS LOCATED IN THE GRASSY AREA ALONG SIDE THE COTTAGE. THIS CAN NOT BE DRIVEN ON OR PARKED ON AS IT MAY CAUSE
THE SEPTIC FIELD TO COLLAPSE.
NOTE: PETS AND CHILDREN COULD ACCESS THE DOCK AND COULD REACH THE WATER FROM THERE. PETS/CHILDREN WILL NEED TO BE MONITORED AND NOT LET OUT ON THEIR OWN. The dock house has ambient lighting and three fans to keep you comfortable as you watch the sun rise or set. Build a fire in the fire pit or fish off the dock. Relax inside in one of the four soothing bedrooms or lounge areas with smart TVs and DVD players. Great for just relaxing after a day at the beach or skip the beach and lounge on the dock!
