While being just minutes from the TPC Waste Management Golf Tournament, Kierland Commons restaurant & shopping area in Scottsdale, there is easy access to Spring Training Fields, and Super Bowl 2023. Not to mention amazing hiking trails and museums nearby. You will feel like you have your very own relaxing retreat to escape the hustle & bustle of the world.
You have your very own private entrance, to your private newly landscaped yard with outdoor sitting & dining area, located within a large acreage property with beautiful sunsets and mountain view. This serene & relaxing property has a heated pool, gas BBQ grills, fire pits in several areas to enjoy, plus several patio seating areas in our expansive back yard at your convenience.
This very cozy & comfy casita features a full kitchen, walk in closet, washer & dryer, 2 TV's one 55" large screen TV in the living room with Cox cable & TV Apps, and a 36" Smart TV in the bedroom Apps only. Plus many things you may need to relax and enjoy your stay.
There are two gorgeous Arabian mares to enjoy watching as they graze on their grass pasture in a very well maintained park like setting.
We are located in the perfect central location. You will love the easy going private and relaxing feel of this sweet little ranch style property with convenient access to all the best restaurants, events, golf courses, shopping and hiking around.
The little things we do: We uncover & cover the heated pool on nice days or when requested. You may see us out & about taking care of the property & horses morning and night. We are pretty low key & you most likely won’t see us unless you want to. :) We are always available if you need anything or just want to sit and chat, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Our home is in a city rural neighborhood and our nice neighbor has 2 donkeys. They bray ( he-haw) early every morning for breakfast & sometimes for dinner. Usually just once. You may hear them if you are a light sleeper, although the casita is very well insulated. :-). We have lots of wild bunnies & you may even spot Felix, our big beautiful & friendly black & white tuxedo cat cruising around the property! And if you’re lucky you might even get to see the big hawks & owls that like to hang out in the palm trees. It's a nice area to walk in as well. There is a park only 2 blocks away.
We have a warm, sunny western exposure back yard with plenty of shade in a park like setting. Hang out at the pool all day, enjoy bonfires at night or head out into the city within minutes to enjoy all Phoenix & Scottsdale & Cave Creek has to offer!
