Sits on a quiet piece of property on the Banana River - Second story allows for a private time on the balcony with morning coffee or a mimosa, watch a romantic sunrise over the river and possibly catch a dolphin or a manatee. Watch a space launch, go on a BIoluminescence Kayak outting close by, walk down to Marker 24 Marina for a nice dinner and drinks by the water(also available to launch your boat from there). Shared area includes fenced-in backyard, dock, BarBQ and laundry
