The balcony with table and 4 chairs is south facing and therefore very bright and sunny. The entire apartment is very bright with large windows, it is very well maintained.
The bright bedroom with large teak double bed (Ethnicraft 180 x 200 cm) has a large closet. The large and bright living room with leather sofa bed (Intro by Franz finished, 1.50 x 2.10 m) has 2 more people, cable TV, DVD player and stereo system also has a dining area (Charles and Ray Eames chairs) with space for 6 people (2 extra chairs are provided, or are to be taken from the balcony). 2 more people can access a Lufmatratze (1.50 x 2.00 m) sleep, so that 6 people can stay.
Towels and sheets are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher, microwave and possibility for making tea and coffee and a WMF 10 espresso machine for the automatic preparation of latte, cappuccino, espresso, etc.).
