Summary: We particularly liked the neighborhood - the apartment was a short walk to a square with lots of trees, greenery, and benches. The square was lined with cafes and restaurants. Lots of locals frequent the park and its amenities. The apartment is in a clean building. There were a few issues with the apartment that were minor annoyances. 1. We were instructed not to flush used toilet paper in the toilet (because it clogged the pipes in the building). Instead, place the used paper in small trash can and discard the stuff in a trash bin on the curb. 2. Two of the electrical outlets didn't work (one of which was in the bathroom, where my wife intended to use the hair dryer). 3. The refrigerator was set too cold. I placed an apple in the refrigerator, and the next morning it was frozen solid. On the plus side, the host was very accessible - easy to reach by phone. Complimentary fresh fruit, a fruit pie, and a bottle of wine were provided by the host. We also appreciated having a washing machine to clean our clothes.
