This home is a spacious, comfortable two-story cottage. A pleasant retreat with easy access to swimming, kayaking, bird-watching, and sunset-viewing, as well as the restaurants, galleries, and other attractions of Newburyport, and Parker River National Wildlife Refuge and Sandy Point State Reservation. A moment's walk to Plum Island Beach on one side of the house and the tidal Basin on the other, 2-mile cycle, walk, or drive to the Refuge entrance, and 4 miles to Newburyport center.
The first floor has a cozy, cottage feeling, including: living room with fireplace, dining-room, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher, a study/guest room, and full bath.
