Nestled on the hillside above Playa Azul, this open and spacious condo features all the basic amenities of a home, along with a nature view terrace and pool. Open up to enjoy the ocean breeze, or use the AC and ceiling fans on warmer days. Playa Azul is a few minutes walk down the hill. Marbella and San Juanillo beaches are nearby. This area of Guanacaste is very quiet and serene.
Our space was completely remodeled in 2024. New floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, and LED lighting. Brand new furniture from Na Lakalu and Casa y Mas. New Jiron mattresses. Samsung oven/stove and dishwasher. Note: We do not have a TV.
