Positive: The location is great. Walking distance to all shops in the area.
Negative: Could have been cleaner inside and out, rubbish out the back on the ground, cobwebs everywhere in the house. Needs a bit of maintenance done shower head no good upstairs. Wires on decking very loose. Downstairs shower hot and cold taps are wrong way around. I do not like to complain but when you spend over $5000 for a few nights attention to detail could have been a bit better. My wife mentioned mouse poo in a cupboard I did not see this.
