Positive: Nice location! 3 bed/3 bath! 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom and open kitchen/ family room upstairs! Primary bedroom downstairs is nice!
Negative: I was under the impression that I am renting the whole house but no there are 3 units in that house! The family room/ kitchen area is small ( smaller than it looks in the pictures )! The beds in the third bedroom are not suitable for adults ( seem shorter than usual and every time you turn the frame seems to fall apart )! The balcony only has seating for 5 ( we were 6 ! Same problem in the family room if you want to watch a movie together ) A/C only upstairs in the kitchen and wasn’t working!
