Summary: We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful old house which is carefully restored with eye for authentic details. The garden is lovely with sun and shade and a superb view on the lake. It’s very quiet and relaxed. The house has two nice bedrooms, the upper one has the same beautiful view on the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very friendly owner. Donego is a small hamlet. You can park your car at the beginning of the village, from there you walk in a few minutes to the house. In Cannero Riviera (ten minutes drive) there’s a good supermarket and a baker. There is also a nice hiking path to Cannero.
