Located just three short blocks from Main Street Philipsburg (Broadway Street), this 4 bedroom, 3 bath modern chalet is the perfect retreat for all seasons! Enjoy fly fishing in Rock Creek during the summer, ski outings at Discovery during the Winter or one of the many festivals Philipsburg has to offer throughout the year. Whether you're looking for an award winning cold brew (Philipsburg Brewery), a delicious meal (UpNSmokin BBQ House), or just a sweet treat (The Sweet Palace), the up and coming town of Philipsburg has something for you! This house features amazing views of Philipsburg, Discovery Ski Area and the Pintler Mountains - all from your front porch.
Built in 2009, this three story chalet style house is perfect for your family retreat or reunion with good friends. The upstairs features one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), a full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2). In addition to the main deck featuring sweeping views of the Mountains and surrounding areas, the main level includes a Master Bedroom with a King (sleeps 2), another full bathroom and an open kitchen and living area that will be a great place to share memories with you and your closest friends and family. The lower level features a fourth bedroom with one queen bed (sleeps 2) and a third full bathroom. There is also a garage located on this lower level that is the perfect place to park the car and load everything up in heated comfort before heading to Discovery to find some fresh powder.
