Excellent high standard house, located in the Ilha dos Pássaros condominium with excellent security and infrastructure in Praia do Forte.
My accommodation has 5 suites and 1 dependence, all equipped with Smart TV and air conditioning. In addition, it has a living room, full kitchen, balcony with spectacular views and a gourmet area with barbecue, beer, ice machine and brewery.
We offer our guests 1 chef and 1 cleaning lady.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$2500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The Condominium has 2 (two) swimming pools, tennis court, soccer field, lots of green area (Mata Atlântica reserve) and 24-hour concierge. It also has a free transfer service available from Friday to Sunday to access the village and beach. Schedules according to availability.
The outdoor area of the house is undoubtedly the best part, being equipped with a swimming pool, dining furniture and a green area in direct contact with nature.
Praia do Forte is an excellent place to be in contact with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool of my space. In addition, its intense night life, with many options for bars and restaurants, is a strong port of the location. All these attractions make my space an excellent choice to suit different types of tastes, as it has the balance between peace, rest and night life.
