Pet friendly: This two-bedroom cottage is located on the third row from the beach (North Topsail Beach) and has two large 2nd floor decks and a 1st floor patio. You can hear the waves crashing from the deck!
It comes with lots of amenities, including coffee/tea/creamer, snacks and instant breakfast food, all linens, WIFI, Smart-TV, BBQ-grill, and plenty of off-street parking. Check us out

The Space:
You will need to climb a single flight of stairs to occupy this home. Sorry, it is not wheel chair accessible.
This home is on the 3rd row from the beach. This means you will have to walk about a 100 yards to get to the "dune walk-over".
The 2nd bedroom has has a bunk-bed set, each is a double-bed. There is an air-mattress for the living room: big enough for two kids.
The front yard of this home will flood when it rains hard. It won't prevent you from driving up to the home, but it will take awhile for the water to recede. It can get messy, but should not interfere with your access or stay in the home.
-We provide the basics to get you started, but you will need to provide your own groceries. Please note you should bring laundry detergent for your stay (this is not provided)
-We are happy to offer our concierge services from 7am to 8pm

You will have the home to your self. We use electronic door locks.
The Neighborhood:
North Topsail Beach is located just North of Surf City. Both are great Beach Towns. Not too far from restaurants, ice-cream, and jet-ski rentals (during the summer).
Please be advised, we do not cancel reservations because of bad weather, the potential for bad weather, or any other events outside the control of Robin's Nest Lodging, LLC. The exceptions for cancellations are: 1. the home is unusable (structural damage, loss of water or electricity and other similar events). 2. the local government closes access to the Island that would prevent the guest from being able to leave or arrive to the home. Those are the only reasons Robin's Nest Lodging will allow a penalty free cancellation. All other cancellations will follow the AirBNB cancellation policy that is a part of this listing. Thanks for your consideration!
Getting Around:
You can walk to the beach. The dune-cross-over bridge is very close, about 100 yards away. Restaurants, Bars, fishing piers, and other stores will require a short drive. If coming from the South, you can stop in Surf City before you cross the big bridge to buy groceries. Or, if you are coming from the North, stop in Sneads Ferry for groceries. Prestige Concierge Service is available for any errands, shopping, stocking your groceries, or other special needs that you may have. Just ask for their contact information.

This is a pet friendly property, but it is limited to cats and certain breeds of dogs. Dog Breed restrictions include (Not Permitted on this Property): Pitt Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Presa Canarios, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Chow Chows, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies.
No more than two (2) total Pets.
There will be extra charges if pets are on the property: 1, Additional $100 cleaning fee non refundable pet damage deposit.
-For Guest staying over 5 days, we may offer additional living supplies like: toilet paper, paper towels and living necessities for a small fee.

I grew up near Topsail Island. I spent my childhood vacationing at Topsail, staying at a beach house my great grandfather had built, that stayed in the family from 1960 to 2017. It is a great place for families with kids. But why? Topsail Island, located off the coast of North Carolina, is a popular summer vacation spot for families with children, and is getting a lot of attention lately (Raleigh News and Observer newspaper).
